Roasted Caesar Broccoli

Love the "caesar" taste, but don’t want all the calories? Try this recipe using Ken’s Lite Caesar dressing. Not only is this roasted broccoli side dish delicious, it is also so easy to make for family and/or friends. This recipe takes a max of 10 minute to prep and then the oven does the work for you! You can have the broccoli cooking while you prepare the rest of the meal. Trust me, your friends and family will NEED the recipe!



Recipe:

Serves 4-5 as a side dish


Ingredients:


3 Small/Medium Heads of Broccoli

1 cup Kens Lite Caesar

1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar

1 tsp Garlic Powder

2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese

Spray Oil

Black Pepper


Directions:


1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

2. Cut the broccoli into florets and place them in a medium bowl. Pour in the Kens Lite Caesar, red wine vinegar and sprinkle the garlic powder. Mix until the sauce is evenly coating the broccoli.

3. Using parchment paper, line a sheet and spray with spray oil. Evenly place the broccoli on the tray and top with 2 tbsp parm and black pepper.

4. Bake for 50 minutes and then serve immediately.
