Garlic & Herb Roasted Potatoes

An easy side dish that the whole family will love and has minimal cleanup. 

Recipe: serves 4 as a side dish


1 lb potatoes

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

3 sprigs Rosemary (1 tbsp minced)

3 small sprigs thyme (1/2 tsp roughly chopped)

1/2 tsp garlic salt

1 tsp garlic powder


1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees and line a sheet tray with parchment paper.

2. Mix all of the ingredients and let marinate for 3 hours.

3. Evenly spread the potatoes on the lined sheet tray.

4. Roast the potatoes in the oven for 30 min or until lightly browned. Sprinkle with a little salt and serve immediately!
