Easy and delicious new summer chicken meal to change it up your chicken recipes. Not only is this recipe easy, it also has few ingredients (helps with those high costs these days) and it is healthy! Tangy yummy goodness is all I have to say here :)
1 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs (6 thighs in total)
1 - 5.3 oz Full Fat Greek Yogurt
1/3 cup Lemon Juice (1 big lemon)
1 tsp Dried Italian Seasoning
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Lemon Pepper
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and marinate for 6 hours in the fridge.
2. Using spray oil, spray the grate of your air frier. Air fry at 390 for 15 minutes or until cooked through. Serve immediately!
