Serves 5-6 people (if 2 thighs per person)
3.5 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs (10 thighs)
1/4 cup Course Grain Mustard
1/4 cup Maple Syrup
1 tbsp Low Sodium Soy
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
2. Using a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together (besides cooking spray) and marinade for 2 hours.
3. Spray a sheet tray with cooking spray and evenly place the thighs on the tray.
4. Cook thighs for 45-50 min or until firm to touch and cooked through. ENJOY!
