EASY Creamy Mushroom Pan Sauce

An easy and delicious way to liven up your average roasted chicken! Eating chicken doesn't have to be boring...let me show you how :)


2 tbsp Light Oil

1 - 4 oz Package Cubbed Prosciutto

24 oz Baby Bella Mushrooms - sliced

3 tbsp - 2 % Greek Yogurt

1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese

3/4 cup Half & Half


1. Add oil to a large deep pan on medium high heat. Once hot, add prosciutto and cook 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown, stirring occasionally.

2. Add mushrooms to the pan and cook until mushrooms have softened and liquid is absorbed, sitting occasionally, (around 6-7min).

3. Turn off the heat and add the parmesan cheese, Greek yogurt and half and half. Stir until a sauce forms. Top any protein of choice!
